We have had such a lovely Easter Sunday here at home. Red is away at work this week but I arranged with Ted and Miss M to come over for Sunday Lunch. It gave me a chance to decorate just a teensy weensy bit with a centrepiece for the table.
Originally, I had planned BBQ Lamb but then realised I would not have enough for all of us so it had to be steaks. Add baked potatoes and a really fresh salad with all the good stuff like avocado and feta cheese for a really enjoyable lunch.
No dessert but hey it is Easter Sunday and so I broke out a basket of Easter Eggs instead.
Even the doggies got spoilt......here they are waiting for a special treat!
Titbits of leftover STEAK!
love the rabbit i nearly bought one a couple of weeks ago, love your display and sounds like you had a wonderful sunday, love the puppies waiting for their treat, lol.xx
ReplyDeletevery patiently waiting...
ReplyDeleteHow gorgeous are those three patiently waiting for a treat!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful Sunday and three very patient dogs deserving of a great treat :-)))
ReplyDeleteSeems strange sometimes to think that you had your Easter lunch some time ago when it is only 11.30am here and there's quite a lot of Easter Sunday left! We'll be having a special-ish meal this evening - just the two of us this time and the chocolate has appeared already!
ReplyDeleteSeeing your doggies waiting for their treat makes me think it is time to start looking for another dog for our household. Glad you had a lovely day Cath. Hugs.......
ReplyDeleteYour rabbit centerpiece is lovely!
ReplyDeleteThe three dogs are so cute and perhaps it is time for me to look for a new dog too! It is two years since my old dog passed away and sometimes I miss her so much but have been trying not to get another one.
O coelho é muito bonito mas os cães merecem todos os aplausos! Os meus dois cães também esperam petiscos sentados com muita educação.
ReplyDeleteBoa semana!
Um abraço!
The rabbit is very cute but dogs deserve all the applause! My two dogs also expect snacks sitting very politely.
Good week!
Hugs!
Your rabbit center piece is so very pretty...I love how the pooches are all lined up and waiting...reminds me of my furbabies when they get a treat.
