My dad will be 8...Oh Sweetie, I can relate to you. My dad will be 85 on the 18th March, same day as my birthday. Even though he is still alive, he is not doing well. Last year he was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins and has been regressing ever since. Dad has to be spoon fed, bathed and has lost his memory. The part that is the hardest for me is my memory of him, as this 'strong-figure' person who would do anything for his children. That memory is so vivid and when I see him as he is today, it is sad and fighting back the tears is a challenge. <br />I hope your dad didn't suffer too much.
